السفارات الأميركية تحذّر رعاياها في دول بالإقليم بينها السعودية وقطر والكويت والأردن وإسرائيل

رم - حذرت سفارات الولايات المتحدة في عدة دول بالمنطقة منها السعودية وقطر والكويت والأردن وإسرائيل رعاياها من التوترات الإقليمية المستمرة، داعية جميع المواطنين الأميركيين إلى الحيطة والحذر.
وأصدرت السفارة الأميركية في عمّان بيانًا ،اليوم الجمعة، أكدت فيه أنها تراقب عن كثب التوترات الإقليمية المستمرة، موضحة أن عملياتها وأوضاع الموظفين لم يطرأ عليها أي تغيير، وأن الخدمات القنصلية مستمرة كالمعتاد، مؤكدة أنها ستواصل متابعة الوضع الإقليمي وتقديم التحديثات عند الحاجة.
ودعت السفارة المواطنين إلى متابعة وسائل الإعلام المحلية، والتواصل مباشرة مع شركات الطيران في حال تأثر الرحلات الجوية، إضافة إلى التسجيل في برنامج تسجيل المسافرين الذكي (STEP) لتلقي التنبيهات والمعلومات المهمة في حالات الطوارئ.
كما حثّت على إعداد خطة طوارئ شخصية، ومتابعة حسابات وزارة الخارجية الأميركية على منصات التواصل الاجتماعي، والتحلي باليقظة والحذر والانتباه لأي سلوك غير مألوف.
وتطرق البيان إلى أن الحكومة الأردنية فعّلت نظام إنذار في حال دخول صواريخ أو طائرات مسيّرة إلى الأجواء الأردنية، داعيًا إلى الالتزام بالتعليمات، والبحث عن مأوى مناسب والبقاء في الداخل وتجنب التعرض لسقوط الحطام.
وأشارت السفارة إلى توفر إرشادات السلامة العامة عبر موقع المركز الوطني للأمن وإدارة الأزمات الأردني، مؤكدة أن مطار الملكة علياء الدولي يوفّر تحديثات مباشرة حول حركة الرحلات الجوية للمغادرين من عمّان.

Actions to Take:
Monitor local media, such as Roya News, Petra News and Jordan Times for information.
Contact your airline directly for flight change details if your flight is affected.
Enroll in the Smart Traveler Enrollment Program (STEP) to receive information and alerts and make it easier to locate you in an emergency overseas.
Prepare a plan for emergency situations. Review the Traveler’s Checklist.
Follow the Department of State on Facebook and X.
Be aware of your surroundings.
Remain vigilant for anything appearing out of the ordinary.
Contact the Jordanian police by dialing 911 if you are in immediate danger.
Jordan’s civil defense alarms:
The Government of Jordan has civil defense alarms in the event of missiles, drones, or rockets entering Jordanian airspace. Please maintain maximum awareness and, in the event of such an incident, seek overhead cover and shelter in place. Remain indoors and do not expose yourself to falling debris. Should the alarm sound and prompt people to seek shelter, U.S. embassy personnel will likewise be ordered to shelter in place until the “all clear” siren sounds.
The two alarms are:
The first tone, consisting of three intermittent 30-second blasts, signals the presence or imminent arrival of danger, prompting citizens to take safety precautions including seeking shelter and calling 911 if there are any injuries or damage.
The second tone is a continuous higher pitched one-minute sound indicating the end of danger (“all clear”). The Public Security Directorate (PSD) states that sirens are usually followed by a voice message (in Arabic) explaining the reason behind their activation.
